The program:

The Interreg program is a European funding initiative to support cross-border cooperation between regions and cities in Europe. North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) takes part in several Interreg programs that focus on different border regions.

The updates:

Meuse-Rhine program:

The first call of the Interreg Meuse-Rhine (NRW, Rhineland-Palatinate, the Netherlands and Belgium) has been published. In the application process, which is divided into two stages, interested parties have until April 14, 2023 a project outline (stage 1) within the framework of the program goals . July 13, 2023 (stage 2), subject to a positive decision by the program regarding the first stage

German-Nederland program:

submit applications in the Interreg Germany-Nederland program priorities The next submission deadline is June 9th, 2023.

Northwest Europe program:

The 3rd call of the Interreg program Northwest Europe (DE, NL, BE, FR, IE, LU, CH) for small projects is open until July 12, 2023 and allows the submission of applications in the program-specific objectives . Small projects are particularly suitable for projects with a smaller overall scope and a smaller project consortium, and objectives that are to be achieved within a shorter time frame. Europe program:

As part of the 2nd call of the Interreg Europe , local, regional or national authorities, universities and economic development companies in particular have the opportunity to submit applications for interregional cooperation projects within the EU priorities until June 9, 2023 . The program offers the option to take part in various webinars on project development , feedback on project ideas and ask online live sessions The next dates for this are April 5th, April 21st, May 5th, May 17th and June 2nd, 2023.
