As part of an innovative pop-up exhibition on a cargo bike, ökoRAUSCH in Cologne presents selected designers who illuminate the potential of ecological material innovation.

Developments based on moor mud, mycelium, pre-consumer waste or wood from the Cologne city forest will be presented, which are intended to create more awareness of ecological production strategies. All superstructures as well as the exhibits and information material are only transported with the cargo bike and a bicycle trailer attached to the rear wheel.

This special eye-catcher not only shows that CO 2 -neutral transport of such a mini-exhibition in the city is possible: It also provides a prime example of how clever product design and solid craftsmanship go hand in hand to develop and produce an innovative presentation tool can be a role model when it comes to sustainability. The concept, which is unique in Germany, will celebrate its premiere on April 7th from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. in front of the Museum of Applied Arts Cologne ( MAKK ).
