With up to 1.5 million euros in support, SPRIND supports the development of end-to-end prototypes that convert waste into new products.

The Federal Agency for Leap Innovations (SPRIND) invites innovators to take part in the “Circular Biomanufacturing” Challenge. The competition aims to transform waste streams into new products in a local, environmentally friendly and circular manner.

Participants will be asked to develop an end-to-end prototype that continuously converts various carbon-containing waste streams into new products. With a time frame of three years and financial support of up to 1.5 million euros per team in phase 1, this challenge represents an exceptional opportunity to promote sustainable and resilient production processes.
