Heating without oil and gas by 2035 – An immediate program for renewable heat and efficient buildings
Study by the Wuppertal Institute shows policy mix with which a significantly accelerated transition in the building sector can be achieved
The study “Heating without oil and gas by 2035 – An immediate program for renewable heat and efficient buildings”, which was prepared by the Wuppertal Institute on behalf of Greenpeace, comes to the conclusion that the building sector in Germany could be greenhouse gas neutral as early as 2035. This requires an ambitious and binding mix of measures. The study presents an immediate program with which an accelerated switch to renewable energies in the sector is feasible.
