Clusters discuss transformation in NRW
On November 8th and 9th, Düsseldorf will be a time of exchange for clusters all over Europe: The “Clusters meet Regions” event brings cluster organizations and regions together in the renowned Business Club Düsseldorf/Wirtschaftsclub Düsseldorf. The focus of the meeting, which will take place in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW), is the discussion about the role of cluster organizations in supporting the Twin Transition.
A special highlight is the excursion to ThyssenKrupp Steel Europe on November 9th. There, participants will gain insights into the ongoing transformation activities and the progressive process of decarbonizing steel production through hydrogen.
The event also offers a platform for high-level discussions and lectures. Among the guests is the Minister for Economic Affairs, Industry, Climate Protection and Energy of North Rhine-Westphalia, Mona Neubaur, as well as representatives of the European Commission and the German Federal Ministry.
There will also be pitching sessions in which NRW clusters and networks can introduce themselves, as well as a matchmaking session to promote targeted cooperation partnerships.
