Culture and climate protection combined
The Culture4Climate initiative launched the WIRKMÄCHTIG Prize. This prize is open to everyone who promotes climate protection through innovative commitment in the cultural sector and serves as a platform to recognize exemplary projects and their sponsors. Cultural workers, organizations and networks are invited to submit their projects by April 7, 2024 and thus become part of a movement that shows: climate protection and culture go hand in hand.
The Culture4Climate Climate Protection Prize is awarded in three categories: public and private cultural organizations and individuals. With prize money totaling 10,000 euros, the initiative honors those who make a sustainable contribution to climate protection through their work. The projects are evaluated based on their climate protection potential, their level of innovation and their ability to provide impetus and achieve a broad impact.
