The state of North Rhine-Westphalia has launched an initiative to develop a roadmap for the use of quantum technologies. With the development of the roadmap, in collaboration with leading experts from science and business, the goal is to make quantum technologies usable for society more quickly and effectively. This ambitious project was started with a kick-off event in Cologne. The importance of collaboration between different sectors was emphasized here in order to position NRW as a pioneer in quantum research and applications. This initiative underlines the country's commitment to driving innovation and fully exploiting the economic and social potential of quantum technology.
