NRW-ASEAN Summit 2023

As a regional cooperation organization, the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) represents an economically dynamic region with a population of around 670 million people. It is therefore of greatest interest as an economic partner for the EU and Germany. The EU’s free trade agreements with Singapore in 2019 and Vietnam in 2020 were and are important milestones in this regard. In the wake of these developments, the environmental industry in North Rhine-Westphalia must position itself as an innovation driver and a high-growth industry.

KNUW is taking part in the upcoming NRW-ASEAN Summit on April 20, 2023. The summit offers companies, associations and multipliers the opportunity to explore potential markets, partners and the institutional framework in the ASEAN region . Participants have the opportunity to consult one-on-one with representatives of the region's chambers of commerce, make contacts and receive further detailed information.

The summit is organized by the IHK Nord Westfalen in cooperation with NRW.Global Business , supported by the IHK NRW and MWIKE.
