NRW clusters meet…on the topic of communication and interaction skills

With its NRW Clusters meet… format, NRW.innovativ offers NRW clusters and networks a regular, digital exchange platform where various regional, national, and European innovation stakeholders can present themselves. In addition to the presentation of the invited stakeholder and their activities, the approximately one-hour exchange sessions provide an opportunity to engage in discussions with the invited organizations. Upcoming events are announced on our website. Previous guests have included, for example, the Federal Agency for Disruptive Innovation (SPRIND) and innovation2business.nrw.

As part of the activities of Cluster-Dialog.NRW, we cordially invite you to the next NRW Clusters meet… event on Thursday, September 10, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. via Microsoft Teams.

In day-to-day cluster work, it is essential to bring together different actors, perspectives, and interests and to develop joint activities and collaborations from them. A key question here is how communication and interaction can be structured in such multi-stakeholder constellations so that constructive exchange can occur and collaboration can truly progress.

For the upcoming edition of the NRW Cluster meet…, we would therefore like to focus on communication and interaction skills as a key success factor in cluster work . We are delighted to welcome Karoline Bottheim , an expert in multi-stakeholder collaboration and collaborative leadership from Sweden and co-founder of Länka Consulting ( https://lankaconsulting.se/ ), to the event

During the event, Ms. Bottheim will demonstrate the role of communication and facilitation skills in the collaboration of different stakeholders and how dialogues can be structured to incorporate diverse perspectives, share relevant information, and build trust. She will also discuss concrete approaches and methods that can be applied to one's own cluster work.

In addition to short technical presentations, there should be sufficient space to one's own experiences, questions and challenges from cluster work and to discuss them together with Ms. Bottheim and the other participating cluster managers and other stakeholders.
