The Medicine.NRW Cluster is the central competence platform for innovative medicine and its stakeholders in North Rhine-Westphalia. Our services are aimed at all stakeholders from science, hospitals, industry, and civil society. A key objective of the cluster is to support and accelerate the translation of innovations along the value chain.

Dr. Patrick Guidato
Dr. Patrick Guidato is the cluster manager of the Medicine.NRW cluster and heads the office in Düsseldorf. He holds a doctorate in biochemistry and conducted biomedical research at Ruhr University Bochum. In 2016, he moved to the Leibniz Institute for Analytical Science – ISAS – in Dortmund, where, prior to his current role as cluster manager, he played a key role in developing and professionalizing the institute's technology transfer activities.
