How medical innovations could extend and improve our lives – and how researchers can contribute to the dialogue.
Will we be able to live to 120 in the future – healthy and happy? The medicine of the future opens up new possibilities: from artificial intelligence and virtual reality to surgical robots, gene therapy, and gender-specific medicine. It is based on the latest scientific findings and technological innovations.
The exhibition on board the MS Wissenschaft invites visitors to engage with the scientific, social, and ethical aspects of these developments. The aim is to make medical innovations tangible and to promote dialogue about human-centered, technologically advanced healthcare.
Researchers are invited to submit ideas for interactive hands-on stations – whether as an initial sketch or a fully developed exhibit. The exhibition is an established project of the Federal Ministry for Research, Technology and Space (BMFTR) and reaches approximately 80,000 people annually.
The submission deadline is September 19, 2025.
