CREATIVE.NRW, the creative industries competence center of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, is once again launching the call for applications for the title "Creative Pioneers NRW." They are seeking creative minds who want to master the challenges of the future with innovative ideas and projects. The initiative is aimed at entrepreneurs, start-ups, and freelancers in the creative industries whose work has a positive impact on society, culture, and the economy.
Who are the creative pioneers of North Rhine-Westphalia?
The "Creative Pioneers NRW" is a network of creative and entrepreneurial talents who develop forward-looking solutions through their work. The initiative aims to further strengthen the importance of the creative industries in North Rhine-Westphalia and to create a space for exchange and collaboration. The selected creative pioneers receive access to an exclusive support program for one year. This includes individual coaching, workshops, and networking events to support participants on their path to success.

Individuals and teams working in the creative industries, such as design, fashion, architecture, film, music, or digital media, are eligible to apply. Crucially, the projects or business models must be innovative and socially relevant. Ideas that promote change towards a more sustainable and socially just world are particularly welcome.
Support and visibility
The "Creative Pioneers NRW" benefit not only from a comprehensive mentoring program but also from increased visibility. Through their integration into the CREATIVE.NRW network, participants gain access to valuable contacts within the creative scene as well as to decision-makers in business and politics. This opens doors to new collaboration opportunities and markets.
