NRW.innovativ attends the Innovation Day for SMEs
The successful implementation of innovations is essential for strengthening competitiveness and ensuring the success of the ecological and digital transformation. German SMEs make a significant contribution to this as drivers of innovation.
The Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK) supports innovative SMEs in their transformation at all stages of the innovation process with a wide range of tailored services.
As part of the BMWK's SME Innovation Day on June 23, successful innovations were presented, illustrating the wealth of ideas within innovative SMEs and the effectiveness of the open-topic innovation funding program. Furthermore, visitors had the opportunity to learn firsthand about BMWK funding opportunities and to network with companies and research institutions.
In the lead-up to the event, interested parties had the opportunity to learn about the numerous funding initiatives and programs of the BMWK (Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action), such as the Central Innovation Program for SMEs (ZIM) and the Innovation Competence Funding Program (INNO-KOM), in 16 interactive information webinars. This included both the funding opportunities and initiatives as well as possibilities for transforming ideas into marketable products, processes, and services.
